Programs where you must ask for the price

These companies do not post a price on their websites. Here is what their own pages say about them. Their driver app ratings are on each program's page and on our driver app page.

  • AngelTrack

For ambulance, fire and NEMT services. It sends claims to Medicaid and insurance companies itself. There is no long contract. Its prices online are for ambulance services, so ask what NEMT would cost.

    Ask AngelTrack for a price

  • Duet NEMT

For small and new ride companies, including rides booked by clinics or care homes and riders who pay for themselves. Free for fewer than 100 trips a month. With more trips, you pay for the time riders spend in the van, and Duet gives the rate when you ask. It can print paper claim forms, and there is no long contract.

Ask Duet NEMT for a price

  • NEMT Platform

For ride companies, brokers and business clients. You can pay by the vehicle or by the trip. It sends claims to Medicaid and insurance companies itself. There is no fee to get started and no long contract.

Ask NEMT Platform for a price

  • NovusMED

For brokers, health plans, large ride companies and PACE programs (all-in-one care for older adults). It has apps for drivers, office staff, phone booking staff and clinics that book rides. Riders who pay for themselves can pay through it.

    Ask NovusMED for a price

  • QRyde

For NEMT companies, brokers and city or county transit agencies that offer door-to-door rides. It charges by the ride and tells you the rate when you ask. Riders can book through its apps. It sends invoices to brokers.

    Ask QRyde for a price

  • Traumasoft

For ambulance services that also run NEMT. It sends crews out, bills for rides, plans staff shifts and keeps patient care reports (the crew's notes on each patient).

    Ask Traumasoft for a price

  • TripMaster

For NEMT and paratransit companies large or small (paratransit is door-to-door service for riders with disabilities). Modivcare, which gives out Medicaid rides, names it as one of its three top software partners. You pay a one-time training fee at the start, and there is no long contract. It sends invoices to brokers.

    Ask TripMaster for a price

  • WellRyde

For ride companies that take Modivcare trips. Modivcare owns it. It is free or cheaper to use on trips that Modivcare sends you.
